Chipotle Turkey Wrap

Every once in a while , we get lazy...you know those mornings when you ignore the alarm, and you just want something simple, zesty and easy to make.   Chipotle Turkey Wrap is just the recipe for those mornings!  You can even make the Chipotle Sauce in advance!  It can be used with crab cakes as well!  Crab cake recipe coming soon.

Chipotle Turkey Wrap

1 large tortilla

4 oz thinly sliced smoked turkey

2 lettuce leaves

2-3 tbsp Chipotle Sauce

Spread chipotle sauce on tortilla and top with turkey and lettuce.  Roll up tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.  Cut in half.  Enjoy!

Chipotle Sauce

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp lime juice

1 chipotle chili, chopped (about 1 tsp) + 1 tsp adobe sauce

1 spring onion, chopped

1 tsp cilantro, finely chopped

Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

Note: You can purchase canned chipotle chilis in adobe sauce
